Test your connection speed
Runs a real measurement from your browser to our network — no estimates. Takes about three seconds.
—ms
Median round trip from your browser to our network
Measured over HTTP, which is all a browser can do — expect a few milliseconds more than a network-level ping. Results also vary with Wi-Fi, VPNs and how busy your connection is, so run it more than once.

What this measures
The round trip from your browser to our network and back — the leg between you and us. It does not include the hop from our data centre to your broker.
Why a VPS changes it
A VPS sits in the same facility as your broker, so that second leg becomes near-zero. Your own connection then only carries the screen, not the orders.
What counts as good
Under 30 ms is excellent and under 80 ms is comfortable. Consistency matters as much as the number — steady 60 ms beats a 20 ms line that spikes.
Next: check your broker
This page measures your side of the line. The broker latency table shows which of our locations sits closest to your broker.
